St Thomas Becket Church – Lewisham

Lighting, Art & Science were engaged to produce an interior lighting design for the Altar, Main Chapel, Aisles, Transept, Sacristy Rooms, Confessionals and entrance external landings for St Thomas Becket Church, Lewisham. This involved a new lighting layout internally and security lighting externally as part of the restoration of the church.

The design aims to modernise the interior spaces and provide higher illumination for visual tasks. A comprehensive electrical design was also produced, which included a new distribution board and a new lighting control system for various scenes and events management.
